Standard Orders
Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our return policy.
Pre-Order Purchases
Items marked as Pre-Order are reserved and prepared specifically for you.
Pre-order items may be canceled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under our return policy.
Please note that pre-order timelines are estimated fulfillment windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize The Morning Ticket to charge the payment method provided at checkout.
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping Delays & Cancellations
In the event of extended shipping delays, customers may request cancellation prior to shipment.
We remain committed to communication and transparency throughout any fulfillment delay.
Fraud Prevention
