Thank you for shopping with The Morning Ticket. Each piece is handled with care and intention. Below you’ll find important information regarding processing times, shipping timelines, and pre-order collections.
Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure your contact details and email address are entered correctly at checkout.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and selected carrier.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster transit once your order has shipped.
Please note:
Expedited shipping reduces delivery time, not order processing time.
All orders — including those with expedited shipping — remain subject to the standard 2–4 business day processing window before shipment.
International Orders
International shipments may require extended transit times.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The Morning Ticket is not responsible for customs-related delays or any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.
Pre-Order Collections
From time to time, select styles are offered as Pre-Order to allow for thoughtful production and elevated quality.
Pre-order items are not in immediate stock at the time of purchase and are fulfilled within a specified timeframe noted on the product page.
Pre-order items typically ship within 5–9 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Pre-order timelines begin on the date the order is placed and reflect estimated fulfillment windows, not guaranteed delivery dates.
As an international brand, fulfillment timelines may occasionally be impacted by:
• Customs inspections
• Transshipment scheduling
• International freight movement
• Carrier disruptions or weather-related delays
While we carefully plan each release, certain logistical factors remain outside of our control.
In the event of extended delays, updates will be communicated via email.
If you prefer not to wait, you may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
Plum Collection (Released November 25, 2025)
The Plum Collection was released for pre-order on November 25, 2025, with an original estimated fulfillment window of 6–9 weeks from the date of purchase.
Due to extended customs inspections, transshipment delays, and recent carrier disruptions, fulfillment for this collection has exceeded the original estimated timeline.
All orders remain active and in progress. We are actively working through the delay and continuing to communicate updates via email as shipments move forward.
Customers who prefer not to wait may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
Tracking & Transit
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Please note that tracking updates may not immediately reflect movement while packages are in international transit or undergoing customs processing.
Lost or Returned Packages
Please review your shipping information carefully prior to placing your order.
If a package is returned, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, The Morning Ticket is not responsible. In such cases, the order must be repurchased.
If a delivery issue occurs due to an error on our end, we will gladly reissue your order at no additional cost.
